The Sunday School House is one of our Grade II listed buildings with a vaulted ceiling and two glass-fronted mezzanine bedrooms. It certainly has a lot of character. The first-floor apartment has three bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to six people. This property was originally a Sunday school house for the local church in the 1600s. More recently, it was a material shop that was known by all the children in town for the giant rock house that sat in the center of the shop and was much loved. Then, in 2015, it was renovated into two self-catering apartments: 'Sunday School House' upstairs and 'Little Cygnet' downstairs.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area which can be seen from the glass walled mezzanine bedroom so you get an excellent view of the apartment.
