Unfortunately we don’t allow any pets in our properties.

It is always best to book with us directly as we will will always have the lowest price over other booking platforms. If you are unsure or would like to check any prices then please get in touch.
Within all our properties we supply all your bed linen and plenty of towels, we also have hair dryers and a fully equipt kitchen. Please check our property pages to see what amenities you can find at each property to avoid packing things you don’t need.
You’re welcome to check-in anytime after 15:00. Due to these being self contained apartment you will be able to check-in as late as you like and come and go as you please. Our check-out time is 12:00. If you need to check-in earlier or check-out later then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In The Little Cygnet and the Sunday School House both have cutlery and plates/bowls specifically for children however we do not have a cot or any high chair facilities available but you’re welcome to bring your own.
If you are driving there is easy access to the A5 connecting you to Telford, Wolverhampton and Birmingham to the East and Oswestry to the West. Unfortunately we don’t have any parking with our properties however there are many carparks in Shrewsbury just a short walk away from us.
Shrewsbury is well connected with trains coming in and out of our station all day. The Sunday School House and The Little Crygnet are conveniently located just a 12 minute walk from the station and Wesley House is only an 8 minute walk.
If you have arrived via train to come and stay with us but would also like to explore further out in Shrewsbury or the surrounding areas Shrewsbury is well linked with regular trains running across the country as well as a large bus station which can transport you within Shrewsbury or the surrounding areas.
Our guests safety is our top priority so we have many safeguards in place to help prevent any accidents from happening. In the event of an emergency we would always encourage you to call 999. Inside the property we have a Welcome Book which outlines what we have done to try and keep all our guests safe and happy so we would implore you to read through it upon your arrival.
You’re welcome to contact us at any time during your stay and we will always be happy to help with any issues you might have.
All of our properties are self contained apartments which you will have the keys for upon arrival meaning you can come and go as you please throughout the day and night we just ask that you are mindful of our neighbours and the noise is kept to a minimum throughout the night.
Unfortunately we don’t allow any extra guests in the property which are not included on the original booking however if you need to add someone else or you would like someone to visit you then please contact us and we will try to do our best to accommodate you.
When you leave the property we do have some check-out rules we would like you to follow, these can be found in our Welcome Book at the property or you can request a digital copy. Generally we just ask that you leave the property as you found and return all the keys safely to the key box before you leave.
Our guests comfort and safety is our top priority but if there is something not quite right in the property or you aren’t happy with anything then we encourage you to contact us straight away. This means we can come and fix any problems or issues you might have so you can enjoy the rest of your stay.
